Despite a tough market Lam tabled an appropriate price range and worked hard to ensure we fell in the middle of that range . Canvassing interest from many including neighbours on the day the staging was on point and the little extras helped immensely. Finally the work on the day of the auction to ensure the price guide was met was appreciated and a sight to see . Overall I rate Lam And his team 9/10 with only the sluggish market being the only negative .
