My experience was excellent.
I Marisa Roszak had my rental property with Ralph Di Marchi for 7 years or more. They took care of everything to do with the rental apartment to the enth degree. I never had a problem ever with my renters. They paid on time everytime. Rita would contact me if anything was needed and once, I gave the ok she handle it after that. I am so grateful to both of them. I did not have to worry about anything at all. I would definately recommend Ralph Di March for rental and selling. Ralph took care of the selling aspect of the unit at Craigieburn without any hiccups whatsoever. If at any time I get buy a rental property I would most certainly contact Ralph. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would not hesitate in recommending Ralph and his team if you needed to sell or rent a home. I found them very professional friendly, always returned my calls. Constantly communicating and never late. Ralph is a true gentleman and my goodness; he is so knowledgeable. He knew everything there was to know about the current market. Answered every question I threw at him. Made things simple and easy for me to understand. Pleased to say that we got above asking price. Very happy with the all over experience
