Was confusing at the start, I enquired about the property, was told there were 2 offers coming in but I was welcome to inspect the property, I decided not to in this market as houses were selling fast. A month later the property was still on the market so I contacted again, was told the property was under offer but awaiting confirmation, called later that month to see what is happening, the offer had fell through so I arranged an inspection. The property did have a building order attached to it, this did cause problems with vendors I guess.
