Nick made buying my new property a genuinely easy experience. His communication was prompt and clear throughout, calls and messages were always returned quickly, and he kept me informed at every step. His local market knowledge was excellent, and he answered all questions about the building and area with real depth. Nick gave us an assessment of the likely selling price and then achieved it.

Nick, is an experienced agent and demonstrated a sound knowledge of the local market. He provided us with an estimated selling price and then went out and achieved it. He communicated regularly throughout the sales campaign and when we had some opportunistic low offers he was confident he could secure an offer more in line with market value which in the end is what he did.
