I was a bit frustrated by the process of buying a place in Melbourne as it seems that before the apartment is listed that you don’t need to have contracts ready etc. So there were weeks of waiting around to be able to make offers etc. Eventually when the contract did come it was a quick process where decisions had to made quickly. Appreciate this is not in Joseph’s control but frustrating none the less... Overall Joseph was helpful, particularly after the purchase by getting me access a couple of times to measure for furniture etc. He is friendly, knowledgeable about the local market and a good real estate agent.

One year after initially looking into selling our first home we eventually took the plunge and decided to sell. We loved that Joseph was sensitive to our bittersweet decision to sell a home we really loved and made the process as easy as possible. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly while we were deciding between agents, with great communication continuing right through the campaign. We felt informed through each week and when we didn't always feel confident or sure of ourselves we appreciated Joseph's willingness to explain all the steps along the way and set our minds at ease. A huge deciding factor in our decision to list with Joseph was his personal demeanour and the fact that we got on so easily. As fairly recent first home buyers we wanted an agent that would make prospective buyers feel comfortable in our home, and trust his insight.
