Couldn't have asked for more!

One year after initially looking into selling our first home we eventually took the plunge and decided to sell. We loved that Joseph was sensitive to our bittersweet decision to sell a home we really loved and made the process as easy as possible. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly while we were deciding between agents, with great communication continuing right through the campaign. We felt informed through each week and when we didn't always feel confident or sure of ourselves we appreciated Joseph's willingness to explain all the steps along the way and set our minds at ease. A huge deciding factor in our decision to list with Joseph was his personal demeanour and the fact that we got on so easily. As fairly recent first home buyers we wanted an agent that would make prospective buyers feel comfortable in our home, and trust his insight. We found Joseph to be warm and genuine, without the stereotypical real estate agent schmaltz.
