Excellent Agent

Would not sell with anyone else!
We have bought a property and also sold two properties through Ben. He is a fabulous agent and a genuine, honest person. He goes above and beyond and always does the right thing for the person selling their property as well as for the buyer. We wouldn't use anyone else in Newcastle and would happily recommend Ben and the team at Villager to anyone looking to sell their property.

Highly recommended

Fantastic experience
Ben was recommended by a friend for his attention to detail and focus on relationships and communication over dollars and cents. The property we sold needed some updates prior to market. Whilst I was living overseas, Ben and his team proactively engaged with all the relevant trades and made time with the existing tenants to gather options for us to implement. Ultimately Ben was spot on with his recommendations and was able to carry a significant amount of the workload in managing the fixing, styling, marketing and sale of the property. I never once had any questions as Ben is very proactive in his communication. I thoroughly reccommend him to any seller looking for the best result.

Absolutely thrilled with the results
We met Ben and Ally from Villager when we purchased our new home. As we then had to sell our old home we got them over that afternoon to talk about the process. We knew they were different from the outset and it was a bit like having friends over for a chat. They made us feel important, confident and secure. From the outset they were regularly providing us with ideas, market movements, strategy and updates. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Every person we met through Villager was helpful and friendly. Wendy, the stylist. Leon, the auctioneer. Even the trade guys we used were professional and efficient, yet still we felt like we were more than a number to them. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the Villager extended "family". The styled house looked absolutely amazing and the auction process couldn't have been any less stressful even though we were interstate at the time. Shop around and meet other agents if you feel you need to but do yourself a favour and make sure Ben and the team at Villager are on your shortlist. You won't be disappointed.
