I contacted Ellie to assist with preparation of my unit which had been empty for some time, because I couldn't find the time to fix what needed to be done to prepare it for rental. Ellie took on this project, arranged various painters, handymen, tilers and gardeners to get my unit up to scratch, and handed it over to the property leasing team as a lovely new rental! So happy with the communication I received from Ellie, she took everything I requested and made it happen. Thanks Ellie! Ellie took unexpected leave when the rental was about to go on the market and Luke seamlessly took over, holding the same value for communication and effort that Ellie put in, I was more than happy with all of the correspondence I received from everyone at Vivid.
