Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. Communicates well and maintains consistent transperancy when there's an issue or update on any maintenance work with my investment property. Dealt smoothly with old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in. Swift review of new applicants and selected good candidates which I am satisfied with. Takes care of my invesment property very well with good reporting on each house inspections. Overall very happy with the quality, effort, and care Vivid property put onto my property.
