Slightly disappointing
When I was still choosing between different agencies for my property, Vivid (in particular James) stood out because of his excellent communication. Things went downhill after we signed our leasing contract. For example, co-listing agent (not named) said that she felt the apartment needed additional minor cleaning (general dusting etc) prior to leasing. She then forwarded me a 750$ quote for this “minor cleaning” which honestly I’m not sure how it was deemed acceptable to send this through as-is. We ended up with a different quote and I’ve asked her twice to forward me the invoice but I have yet to receive it till date. Also tried to follow up on a different issue via email and communication has been lacking. A lot of chasing up required which is not the hassle free process I would have hoped.
