I received a call back the morning after making my enquiry and he viewed the property that same morning. Within just half an hour, i had received the appraisal and report. A few hours later, i had already signed up with Vivid! I was later introduced to James Langley, who was incredibly helpful in obtaining quotes for painting, carpet, cleaning and other preparations, always keeping my budget in mind. Although there are other members of the Vivid team i haven’t had the chance to meet personally, the entire team has been wonderful, supportive and helpful throughout the leasing process. They made everything feel smooth, efficient and stress free.
