Vivid has the landlord wholehearted interest, resulting in the shortest in between leases period. Vivid works things out in parallel actions and not in sequence of event. That calls for close coordination amongst the teams in Vivid. Through the many years with Vivid, they understood our needs in timely fashion. There were some changes in our Managers, but all the Managers we had are great to work with, quality services. We also have direct access to their group Manager which is a good to have but never needed to use. Very glad to put all our properties under their management.
