Donna is a breath of fresh air . Down to earth a delight to deal with .
Donna is a positive realtor , nothing was too much trouble . Donna made this experience wonderful . She had great knowledge of area , services and procedures . If she didn’t know she found out for me and got back to me ASAP . All in all a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend her again ...

I wouldn’t use anyone else !!!!
I have engaged Karen Vogal on 3 occasions over the past 15 years ; Karen sold my homes in east Ringwood , Heathmont and Croydon and in every occasion the sale price exceeded what Karen initially quoted!... my East Ringwood home sold for highest price in the area at that time . My last sale was afew months ago in Croydon and it sold after the first open house with 18 couples going through . This was an exceptionally difficult time for me as my cancer had returned and metastasised to my brain. Karen looked after everything from the stylist and communicating with my sister as I was in hospital I cannot thank Karen and her team enough for all of their kindness and high work ethic in what has been a very stressful time for me I would recommend Karen to all if you are wanting a well experienced friendly agent , Kindest regards Charlotte Stephens

Above and beyond
Karen was absolutely amazing in helping us through the journey of purchasing our first home. Different from other agents we had met, she answered every question and returned every phone call. Being first home buyers, she explained the whole process which allowed us to understand things properly and be better prepared for all the hoops we had to jump through when buying a house. We could not have been more relieved that Karen was the agent managing our purchase, especially as first home buyers, and would recommend her any day. If you want someone professional, who has your best interest at heart, Karen is your agent!

Made it amazingly quick and simple for our first home
Donna is such a balanced individual both on personal and professional end, she helped us throughout the process and made it so simple and quick considering we had travel plans and wanted to move in right before we go on a vacation. She really went an extra mile to allow us to inspect the property after her office hours, and also accommodated additional inspection requests. She is very efficient and quick in her responses which is what we liked most about her and helped us reduce the time frame to secure the property.
