After following Michael's advice on minor repairs & improvements, and more importantly our listing price. We sold in under a week for an amount $105k above what we were asking for.

Great communication, honest agent!
Michael was great from start to finish in helping us buy our first home. He was always just a phone call away and so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Buying made easy
We found our first home to buy which as most would know is so daunting, nerve wrecking and stressful all at the one time !! With the help of Michael these were reduced dramatically, all the help michael gave from his knowledge to his understanding his genuine caring check in phone calls to see how we were going - Michael is an amazing realestate agent and a really great guy !!
