just now I have known of Franco and VZ Real Estate since moving to Keperra. I would often see Franco & Michael at the local coffee shop, buying coffee for themselves and their staff members. Over the past ten years Franco has been to my home to provide me with a valuation and I always found him to be friendly, positive and professional. I knew I would get him to sell our home when the time came and we were so pleased we did. He never pressured us once for any reason at all. He gave great advice, made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and respected that we were selling our quaint, much-loved home, not just a 'property". We ended up with the perfect buyer for our home after the very first viewing and we are so pleased that it has gone to someone who appreciates it. Not only that, we were made an offer that we were very happy with. All of our communication with Franco has been great. We consider him a friend and will recommend him above all other options to everyone we know & care about.
