I didn't get to meet Syd until the day of the auction, but that's fine. His skilled and steady hand had been guiding potential buyers through the property and, indeed, to the auction. Eight serious bidders arrived on the day and a truly remarkable outcome was achieved. Although, from my point of view, Syd had been working in the background it is obvious that he was the face-to-face contact with potential buyers and achieved an incredible result. Skill and experience will always win out.

I'm very impressed by Richard's cheery professionalism. As a vendor I greatly appreciated be kept informed of developments and consulted about details in a friendly, casual manner whilst there was clearly huge amounts of experience and skill on tap. Having Richard as a single point of contact was excellent although he is obviously backed by a very capable team. The entire process, from initial contact through to the fall of the hammer, went extremely smoothly. And the auction itself achieved an unexpected and truly extraordinary result. Five stars.
