On my side from he first phone call Nick understood my goals his energy and follow was exemplary

I am an interstate seller and could not visit the property through the sale process. Nick was there for me 100% - he was on site regularly to manage tradies and sorted out all the complications we ran into. I trusted Nick from day 1 - he was so easy to work with, extremely responsive and always adapted fast to make sure we were on course to find the right buyer. Nick provided me with regular updates throughout the sales and supported me with solid advice and referral to tradies that could make our timelines an do quality work. I always felt Nick was on my side, he is great communicator, he followed through on all his commitments and that built trust with me fast - I would recommend him in a heat beat

Clear communication to look after our best interests

Nick was the easy choice to sell our first home. Right from the first call, his friendly, genuine approach made us feel relaxed and confident. Nick knows the market, he priced our unit spot-on and truly got why we loved the place. He listened to us, gave straightforward advice on getting it ready, and kept us on a simple plan we understood and trusted. He was always there to talk, any time, any day, which helped when we had questions. Everything Nick said was clear and the response was always quick, so we never felt out of the loop. What capped it off was when we managed to discuss and sign the final contract while on a flight home from Europe. He didn’t hesitate about the time of day, he prioritised working with us to get the deal done. Nick kept things easy, stress-free and negotiated a great result to set us up for the future. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him.
