I would highly recommend Stephen Matthews' from Wakely Properties to my anyone looking for a hassle free selling experience. Stephen acted for me and sold my property within the market price range whilst i resided interstate. I have sold a number of properties over the years both investment and my primary place of residence. The sale of this property was a stress free and a seamless experience compared to a number of other experiences I have had dealing with selling properties. Stephen kept me well informed after each open house but did not over communicate with unnecessary information. All relevant documentation was completed and forwarded without issues. Stephen did not over promise and under deliver. He was able to achieve the sale of my property within my and the markets price guide within the marketing campaign time period.
