Ben had his finger on the pulse the whole time. He was cool, calm, and collected. When we received low-ball offers that made us anxious, he reassured us that they were not (and would not be) the end of the story. His predictions proved to be like clockwork and we got a great price with no real stress at all. He kept us in the loop the whole time, and called to update us when it suited us - sometimes late and night, or early in the morning. He really treated us as his top priority.

We've dealt with a number of Real Estate agents over the years. Stephen Matthews is top shelf. He managed to get us a top top price and worked collaboratively with us in the critical moments. He gave us great advice on what to do to best present the house for sale, didn't try and rush us into an off market sale and most importantly he didn't promise us us the world as too many agents tend to do. If anything he undersold and over delivered. (and he's a good bloke and easy to chat/hang with which is an added bonus)
