I was keen to sell my investment property in South Lismore . I chose Ben because I had recently bought another investment property and he had been the Agent. Having bought and sold a few houses over the years I was impressed that he did not waiver in keeping the vendor as his priority always. He did not switch allegiances to the potential buyers as many agents tend to do - sometimes as soon as you sign the contract! The house took a while to see and throughout Ben did very well in managing my and my family's expectations around price and marketing. Ben was always positive and polite and accessible, even when we weren't and I really appreciated that aspect. Buying or selling a property is a very stressful time and we need experts in the field that we can trust to do the right thing by us and Ben is that kind of person
