Ben Conte has many professional and valuable assets as a Real Estate Agent. My partner and I found him approachable and personable to deal with, he showed genuine concern regarding anything from the smaller to larger issues of buying a house. As first home buyers, we found that Ben made an effort to inform us of the general workings and time frames and legal conditions of buying a home for the first time, and he gave us local knowledge and advice throughout the whole process. Ben went beyond the general duties, and made us feel that he was helping us as much as he was helping his client; offering a fair and equal attitude to the sale. Ben also stayed in contact after the sale, and helped us with tasks that were carried out with a generosity of his time, IE going to the house and fixing unlock-able gates whilst we were away from town. All of Ben efforts, which were many, are very much appreciated by myself and my partner; as he made what can sometimes be a difficult journey, a much smoother one. We would recommend Ben to anyone as an agent of choice.

Having been through the experience of buying a home before, I felt quite daunted about doing it again by myself. However, I consider myself to be extremely fortunate in meeting Kaye. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge about the whole process supported my in achieving my goal of becoming a home owner. As a very busy working mum, I often had questions out of hours. Kaye was always prompt when answering my late phone calls or replying to my unusual questions via text. At no stage throughout the process did I feel as if I had no idea about what was going to happen, what I needed to do next or where things were up to with the vendor. Kaye was even able to recommend conveyancers, trades people regarding building and pest inspections. We were selling the property for an elderly relative who had moved into an aged care facility. We found Ben to be extremely competent. He is friendly, polite knowledgeable and very keen to do the best for you. There were special requests attached to the sale of the house and Ben took it all in his stride.
