I can not recommend Gerald highly enough. When considering relocating 900kms to Lismore Gerald’s love of the area and his knowledge of the history and facilities was incredibly helpful. His expert understanding of the past, present and prospect for the future of the Lismore housing market has been spot on. He worked with us to find the perfect house to suit our families very specific needs, he took the time to understand what we needed. His communication between ourselves, the seller and both solicitors during the sale was exceptional, he really did go above and beyond. However, his service did not stop there. Until we were able to relocate he kept an eye on the property, even helping coordinate tradespeople to do improvements.
