As a purchaser Gary could not have been more helpful and responsive. He answered his phone day and night, met with us to inspect the very large property whenever we wanted. He waited around as long as we needed without making us feel rushed. He answered all our questions but never imposed. Gary also supported with making appointments for anyone we wanted to go out and inspect the property. Even after we exchanged contracts unconditionally Gary has continued to provide support and be available.
