As an executor of an estate I had to sell the deceased's Lismore property. Even though I was not local Ben was in regular contact from the time the property was listed until after completion of the sale. Ben understood the pressures imposed on an executor and worked resolutely to help me obtain the best sale price for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the estate and devoted his time to resolving an issue that arose during the course of the sale. After dealing with Ben on this sale, I know if I ever have occasion to sell or buy a property in the Lismore area he will be the agent I contact.
