Very good agent...
we Had been looking at real estate for awhile, other agents failed to ring back or follow up on emails, then we contacted Garry Wells, he was always available, always followed up on emails and phone calls and was very helpful in negotiating the price on the property we are purchasing... Kaye was very friendly and guided us through each step of the home purchase process from inspection right through to settlement - this was particularly helpful being a first home buyer! She regularly answered and returned calls and even left courtesy calls to notify us of steps and calls that were made to solicitors and vendors etc. she was wonderful to deal with and anybody who has the opportunity to deal with Kaye will be very well looked after!

BEYOND & ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY
I could not have asked for more with Kaye as my agent. Prior to listing the property on the market Kaye gave lots of tips on presenting the house, arranged for tradesman to carry out minor repairs in my absence from the area and overlooked the work when completed to ensure everything was fine. I was kept up to date with the progress of sale, even after hours & Kaye's extra efforts in following up with solicitors/finance people was above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend her highly & appreciate all the extra miles she did on my behalf.
