Kaye was very friendly and guided us through each step of the home purchase process from inspection right through to settlement - this was particularly helpful being a first home buyer! I could not have asked for more with Kaye as my agent. Prior to listing the property on the market Kaye gave lots of tips on presenting the house, arranged for tradesman to carry out minor repairs in my absence from the area and overlooked the work when completed to ensure everything was fine. I was kept up to date with the progress of sale, even after hours & Kaye's extra efforts in following up with solicitors/finance people was above and beyond the call of duty.
