Ben Conte sold our 'Renovator's Delight'
We had a property that needed a fair amount of work and a tenant who loved to tell prospective buyers of all of the deficiencies of the property. Ben was able to navigate his way through everything and got more than his original market estimate, so he knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
