Fantastic agent!
Patient, understanding, friendly. Not words often used to describe a real estate agent. Gary is all this and more. Buying a house for the first time is daunting but Gary explained everything to us thoroughly and so we would actually understand it. The process for us has been lengthy due to factors outside Gary's control but he absolutely supported us all the way. We would only use him/Wal Murray in the future.

Gary was fantastic. He sold my house in 4 weeks. He always returned calls, was very professional and ensured things went smoothly even if I was feeling like they weren't. Highly Recommend Gary if you are looking to sell or buy a property.

Best Agent
I found Gerald Pollard to be a fantastic agent. He was very friendly, honest, communicative, and went out of his way to keep me informed daily during the process of purchasing the property. Gerald went beyond what I thought a real estate agent was obliged to do, for example, making sure he met me at the council chambers to view the history and legality of the property, suggesting a quick and efficient (and affordable) conveyancer, called in pest and building inspectors that both did thorough inspections the very next day after we viewed the property and put down a deposit. I would definately use Gerald as an agent again and recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a property.

Lovely very personable agent

Great Job.
There were minor issues that cropped up during the contract stage of negoiations that were not Gary's responsibility or under agent control, this was coupled with time constraints from our party. Gary did an excellent job in keeping us informed and being the goffer, even on weekends and because of this everything was able to be ironed out smoothly and possession was able to occur in time. Highly recommend, and not just Gary but also 'Wal Murray' as an entire agency. Wal Murray stood out from the rest, this was particularly noticeable due to the fact we had a time crunch. We were slightly amazed by the fact that with two other realestate companies in town that had listings that we were unable to arrange viewings on due to the fact that the particular agent responsible for listing was away. We were told we would have to wait until that particular agent returned from holidays despite the fact that we explained that we had pre-approval on funds and a time critical factor that our current rental had sold. One agent wasn't returning for another week and a half and it seemed ludicrous that another agent from the same real-estate company could not step in to allow a viewing. No such issues with Wal Murray who have a very strong team work ethic. In the future as we have further real-estate requirements we will certainly be engaging their services.

Great to deal with
