Gary was wonderful to work with. He was patient, friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We didn't feel pressured in any way, and this is something we appreciated while making the decision to buy a house. Gerald is genuinely passionate about his work and committed to providing a comprehensive service. He was diligent in every aspect, and arranged many of the logistics of the purchase on our behalf. Testimony to his thoughtfulness, Gerald called us on a public holiday to let us know about our outcome, and invited us to an additional inspection for my wife to view the property. Since we first met Kaye she made us feel very comfortable and valued. Kaye explained the NSW buying procedure in great detail (as we moved from Queensland) and gave us numerous hints and tips to make the purchase go smoothly. Kaye has kept us abreast each step of the way and has taken our calls at all hours, always with a cheery hello and a smile in her voice. Kaye's knowledge of the local area and the buying and selling of real estate is incredible. Kaye doesn't feel like a real estate agent to us any more, she feels like a friend.
