We dealt with Ben for over a month in trying to secure this investment property and he got us there in a very professional but, at the same time, friendly manner. Great negotiation and great result! He was on call pretty much 24/7 (even while on holidays!) and always available to meet and discuss any need we had. Great guy, highly recommended for anything you might be looking for.
