Having been through the experience of buying a home before, I felt quite daunted about doing it again by myself. However, I consider myself to be extremely fortunate in meeting Kaye. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge about the whole process supported my in achieving my goal of becoming a home owner. As a very busy working mum, I often had questions out of hours. Kaye was always prompt when answering my late phone calls or replying to my unusual questions via text. We were selling the property for an elderly relative who had moved into an aged care facility. We found Ben to be extremely competent.
