PROS Cindy sold us a lovely house in Granville, Maryborough and we were delighted with the purchase. CONS She had been the managing agent for the house for a number of years but neglected to advise us that the curtains displayed in the house open were not part of the purchase as they belonged to the tenants, as well as a lot of the plants in the garden, the drip irrigation and the dog barriers on the fences. The contract of sale did not note that there was an easement on the property as it should have. Then when we decided to move rental agents to another local company, Cindy became very unprofessional and rang us very upset that we had opted not to use her as the rental agent. From that point on her mannerism towards us changed dramatically & her professionalism ended.
