I met June in August 2019 when I went to look at the Ipswich market earlier this year. She took us through a couple of places so we could get a feel of what the value was there (we are from Sydney). She LISTENED to what we said about our special needs and called me back in a couple of weeks to advise she had a property coming up that would meet our needs. I wasn't in a position to do anything about it just then. As fate had it I had to go up and look after one of my grand children so then had a look at the property. She was absolutly spot on. I saw it Thursday and signed the contract Friday. But her professionalism and kindness didn't stop then. She helped me with her contacts to arrange what was required and they were amazing. It was a stressful time with health issues in the family and buying a house and June was so positive and "calmed my farm" as my children would say. From the beginning we have had a very positive experience. June was very knowledgeable, practical and experienced and didn't try to suggest or provide information which was not realistic. While it took some time for the house to sell which was a reflection of the market June was always encouraging and we felt we could trust her judgement . Her office were extremely efficient and helpful with quick turnaround times for answers to questions and there was a sense that they went the extra mile . Even when we had to get some minor structural issues issues attended for the sale June had a builder who did a great job in getting it sorted .Would recommend June and her staff .
