The house we bought sold itself. June gave us the tip on how to secure the house as it was a fairly popular property. ( That was the only positive whilst dealing with her) Signed the offer contract documents, however nothing was explained or any options given at signing. Only that if our finance was two slow we would lose the property. Not given the option about length to secure finance or complete a pest and building inspection or how long to settle the house we were told all these. Only heard from June when there was a problem. No offer of pre settlement inspection or for the token sold sign photo or given a settlement gift. Would not use June to sell my place as I know of other realestate agents the truly go over and above and are personable to the seller and the buyer. Her team were very helpful and nice.
