We had a very unusual house to both price and sell and knew that it would take some time and not be easy. The mix of Greek and Federation style, large size and high quality of build together with a relevant price limited the market somewhat. June cheerfully took on this task and worked very hard, was always optimistic and encouraging, very easy to talk to, always on time, helpful with her advice. June sold our home within our desired time frame and price range. Both June and her office staff were always very helpful and good to deal with. We met with 5 agents before listing our property for sale. All agents gave reasonable appraisals based on market comparisons but June was a little different. She walked in, noticed all the unique period features and with confidence and conviction said we could get a much higher price. I felt June was the only agent that wanted to really test the market, not just after a quick sale. Less than 5 weeks later the property was under contract, much higher than the other appraisals!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! With over 20 years of experience in the Ipswich market, June really knows her stuff, the results speak for themselves!!
