Specialising in inner-city Newcastle and off-the-plan developments as well as surrounding suburbs. Having moved to Newcastle from Country NSW over a decade ago, he loves the lifestyle, the proximity of the beaches, local shopping precincts and easy access to the freeway. Amazing experience

Thomas was so easy to work with. Professional and transparent throughout the process. He dealt with all issues and requests with a smile. Thomas ended up getting my apartment sold and I was very happy with his knowledge and manner in which he went through the process. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Seamless sales experience

Thomas made selling our apartment hassle free. He gave his honest feedback on what it was worth and the end result was within the range he said it would be. He kept in regular contact with us about buyer feedback - happy to chat whenever we needed, but also happy to keep it to informative texts updates per our preferences of not spending too much time on it. Communication levels were perfect for us and he always did what he said he was going to do. I felt like I didn't need to be micro managing because Thomas was all over it and pro-active in his approach. We got the result we wanted in a faster time frame than we expected and would recommend Thomas to anyone wanting an easy and successful time of selling their property.

Excellent,Client centered process

I have only good things to say about the selling of the unit with Thomas. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed through the process as time went by. A realistic appraisal of what we could expect to get was given, and the fact we got a premium on that was down to fine marketing and Thomas’s nuanced approach to the sale. Highly recommend him unreservedly!!
