All of our interactions with Thomas have been excellent! He's always very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to us. Maybe too much so, because we got used to asking him everything and started asking things that aren't really in his jurisdiction. But rather than put us off, he always went the extra mile to try and find the answers for us! And very promptly too! It's been a great experience for us. It's very nice to work with an agent that's passionate and who gets excited about silly little architectural things with us. Her was also very upfront about prices and was happy to facilitate negotiations with the developer. Again, very refreshing to have clarity, certainty and integrity. Very highly recommended!

In what could have been a very stressful situation, Thomas made the sale of our properties straight forward and stressfree. Thomas was upfront and to the point from the beginning. Communication from Thomas couldn’t be faulted, despite being on the other side of the world Thomas would call at his expense at times convenient to me. Thomas achieved an outstanding result, in minimum time, dealing with multiple offers, counter offers and differing conditions. Thomas did all this while respecting the tenants currently renting our property. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
