Greg is very attuned to the Newcastle property market and gave me a realistic opinion about setting the price for my property and the strategy for selling it. He was diligent about conducting open houses and marketing the property to ensure a quick sale and treated the tenants with respect. He is a master of dealing with potential buyers, weeding out the tyre kickers and negotiating with real potential buyers. He kept me informed about potential buyers after every open house and discussed each of the potential buyers with me to give me a realistic idea of whether I had set the price correctly to ensure a quick sale. I appreciated the frequent contact, feedback and updates. I didn't have to chase Greg to find out what was going on.
