Kate always had our interests at heart. She was on the ball, honest & approachable from day one of our home selling process. I believe that both the buyer & the seller came out of the process happy with $1.35 M....that in itself is a hard trick to pull off !! We were particularly content to see a family, from our enquiries who we were confident was going to stay for many years, get Mum's home. Thomas did a superb job of marketing and securing the sale of my investment property. I would highly recommend using him to anyone, and will definitely be using him myself in future transactions. Key points that stood out with Thomas were: - excellent communication (regular updates on the process and negoations via phone, email and text so I was always in the loop and not wondering whether anything (or nothing!) was happening) - great negotiation skills (he appeared to have a sense for each buyer and knew whether to pursue further negotiations to maximise the sale price vs those who are 'tyre kickers'). He managed to secure a great price. - attention to detail (Thomas recognised the importance of getting the property into its best marketable state prior to beginning the advertising campaign. This cost a few days at the beginning but was totally worth it as my property presented a lot better to potential buyers) I look forward to working with Thomas again in the future. Thanks for your great work! It took the stress out of the situation for me so I could enjoy my holiday knowing that the sale was in safe hands.

I've know Kate for number of years and always had good dealings with her both as a buyer and as a seller. Kate keeps the process as simple as possible whilst working to find the right price for the buyer and/or seller. I highly recommend Kate as an agent and would not hesitate to use her services again. Kate provides good old fashioned service without gimmicks or excessive added expenses (marketing, photos etc etc) that other real estate agents use.
