I think you are a first class agent! I remember when you joined Dick's firm in 1977 (?) aged about 21, telling a dirty joke every five minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if you were the most successful agent in Newcastle, you'd certainly be one of the most 'straight shooters'. Good luck anyway.
