Selling a deceased estate and not knowing the agents in the area, I contacted Walsh Real Estate at Semaphore after seeing it in the local Messenger. Meeting Samantha was great and seeing her energy and her knowledge of the area was very reassuring. We talked about auctioning the reasons why doing that was the way to go. Sam explained the detail in the contact and conveyancing documentation, so it was decided that she was going to be the person! After Sam listed the property and after the first open she contacted me to discuss the feedback she had received. The house was sold prior to auction at a very impressive price. After speaking to a few different agents in the area, we met Samantha. Samantha was friendly, helpful and professional from the first time we spoke to her. Samantha is a great communicator. She was constantly keeping us up to date with where everything was at, from the photos, to the internet listing, to the sign board and most importantly she provided us with thorough feedback after each open inspection. She was always happy to listen to any concerns or feedback we had. Our house sold quickly and we think that was due to Samantha’s approach with both us and the buyer. Answered any questions with the utmost honesty and had so much confidence with selling the home quickly. Sam was a delight to liaise with throughout the process. She is authentic and honest and really easy to communicate with.
