Excellent Agent
I found Samantha sensitive to my emotional situation toward selling the family home. She was easy to relate to and she kept me well informed as to the weekly status of open inspections. I never had to call her as she was always on the ball with information provided. I felt she worked hard to chase up potential buyers and was realistic in relaying what I could expect in valuing the property culminating in a positive outcome on the day.

Excellent communicator
I've just purchased a unit through Walsh Real Estate. Their agent, Samantha Hirniak was most helpful and kept me up to date at all times with proceedings. Even after-sale she kept in touch, letting me know of an up-coming body corporate meeting before anyone else did. Fair Agent
We had been looking for some time and were getting increasingly frustrated with the under quoting of agents to get you into houses. In some cases we had paid for building inspections on houses which would have reserve set outside of price range. Sam was the first agent who provided a fair (and accurate) price guide on a property. She negotiated well for the vendor without alienating the buyer. I would recommend.
