Warburton boasts a leading market share in its core area of Muswellbrook and also services the areas of Aberdeen, Scone, Denman, Sandy Hollow and surrounding rural districts. The Agency has an outstanding team of 14 in their Muswellbrook head office including the largest team of residential sales agents in the area together with specialists in rural property and commercial property.
The agency is led by selling Principal Sandy Warburton who originally joined the agency in 1996 and has quickly established himself as one of the Upper Hunter’s most successful sales agents building an impressive sales record. In 2004 Sandy became a partner in the business and assumed the position of Licensee in Charge. In November 2013 Sandy took over full ownership and control of the agency and in June 2018 relaunched as Warburton Estate Agents.
Warburton's ongoing success has led to a string of local and industry awards. In 2011 it took out the coveted Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in the Best Medium Residential Agency Category. In 2012 it was again a finalist.
