Excellent experience
When we were ready to buy we looked at what was on the market and nothing suited our needs . We had been renting our dream home for 5 years and nothing compared to what we were already living in . We asked sandy if he would ask the owners if they would consider selling . Sandy worked his magic and within 2 months or so we signed the dotted line and purchased the house . No moving no end of lease clean needed !!! Very happy with how sandy kept in touch with us throughout the whole process . Received a beautiful house warming gift from Warburton estate agents . Excellent experience all round .

Dominic was polite,friendly and very helpful with the whole process of purchasing a property
As a 1st home buyer we were walked through the whole process at a slow steady speed which we could process these new situations. Dominic was very professional, polite,friendly,patient and kept in touch throughout the hole process and we felt there was no added pressure from this agent the hole time this slow process played itself out.
