Always a great experience with Warburton’s
We have used Sandy as our Real Estate Agent for over 30 years. To the buying of our first home, to the selling of my mothers estate, everything was done with their client’s well being and interest in mind. I could not fault them. The knowledge of the market and strategies used to sell our home have always been of a high standard. So efficient, so organised. Advertising is a winner. They really do the very best they can for their customers. I’ve never found them any different, even after all these years.

Real estate agents don't look after the buyers only the sellers, that is our experience.
WE had a good experience. There was only 1 point that we think was un-professional. We got a call from them 2 days before we were signing the contract, after everything was already approved by the bank, that there is another offer on the house for $10 000 more. If we want the house we need to decide if we want pay $10 000 more. I called him back with an offer of $5000 and not $10 000, and it was excepted, but that meant we had to pay $5000 out of our pocket because everything was already arranged at the bank. Not very happy about that.
