I sold my mother's property with Ward. I found Jen and Greg warm and welcoming. Felt that the negotiations were sensitively and professionally handled. The communication with Jen and Greg was open and I always felt heard and understood. Selling a home is quite emotional and they were always available with advice or just reassurance. Even when overseas I was contacted by phone when there was anything I needed to know. They are committed and enthusiastic. Knowledgeable, effective and professional would be key words to describe Jen and Greg. I would recommend Ward Real Estate to anyone looking to sell.

We had such a positive experience and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. As first-home buyers, the whole process could have been quite overwhelming, but they made everything feel straightforward and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and they were always happy to answer our questions and explain things clearly. What stood out most was how approachable and supportive they were throughout the entire process. We never felt like just another client. We’re incredibly grateful for all their help in purchasing our first home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you for making such an exciting milestone an even better experience making it as seamless as possible!
