Jen is a well presented, energetic smart woman. Seemingly always available, always returned calls in a timely matter, energetic and just solved queries quickly. Jen guided us from preparing our house helping us prioritise what needed to be done, strong liaison with trades, solicitors, to navigating house openings and the interest. Jen too was reassuring and supportive to my wife who remained with the house and handling of items as they arose whilst I was interstate with our suns. Come auction day Jen seemed confident of a good sale and was a calming influence to me and my wife.

Greg Ward was friendly, honest and direct with me in all my dealings with him. He was good enough to arrange a separate viewing with me a few days after a set viewing as I was out of town. He told me what the vendor wanted without any smoke and mirrors and contacted them immediately I had made an offer to get confirmation it would be accepted. He could have started a bidding war with other buyers but didn't. I recommend him to anyone.
