We cannot express our appreciation to Greg, Jen and Maddie enough. We took our family home of 17 years to auction under Greg’s advice. What a whirlwind three weeks it was! Greg never wavered with his confidence in our home and both Jen and Maddie were wonderfully responsive in all aspects. Greg was exceptional at auction and we were very pleased with the outcome of the sale on the night. We cannot recommend the team highly enough! We will only go to them when we are ready to sell again. They made it as stress free as possible, with a fantastic outcome. Can’t fault them for a single thing! Our daughter has already arranged a meeting with them, based on our experience, to organise the sale of her home.

Greg and his team went above and beyond to sell our beloved house. We had previously purchased the house with Greg as the seller’s agent and knew we wanted to use Greg’s talents and expertise to sell our house. We really appreciate the effort and care they put into selling our house. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Jen in the sale of our property. She understood the current market and ensured a smooth and efficient sale. We were fully informed along the way and were impressed with her professionalism but also her friendliness and approachable communication style. We felt confident in her high level of knowledge. Highly recommend Ward Real Estate.

Me and my partner had an excellent experience dealing with the Wards on the purchase of our block of land in Googong. They were patient with us so that we wouldn't miss out, very kind and helpful. If we were to ever sell or buy again we would deal with the wards.

Greg was very professional and had a great understanding of the market to get us the best price possible. Greg was easy to deal with and helped to step us through the process from start to finish. The team (Greg, Jenn and Maddi) were friendly and responsive in their communication. We would certainly use them again if selling in the Queanbeyan area.

Ward Estate Agents were so helpful when selling the house. They listened to our needs, communicated openly and answered any questions we had about the sale. They provided on point advice and really knew what they were talking about. There was no pressuring you get with other agents and they were considerate of our family and circumstances. I’d recommend Ward Estate Agents whole heartedly to any family and friends.

Working with Jen to buy a new home for myself and my daughter was very easy and straight forward. Jen was patient, factual, balanced and helpful in her approach with me. There was no 'agent speak' or pushiness which I've become used to with other agents. Thank you, Jen - I really appreciated your assistance in securing this beautiful property.
