Done the research and decided to go with Ward to sell my house. Was very satisfied with the experience. Greg, Jen and Maddie are small team focused on giving personalised service and a high level of attention and professionalism. They have a good sense of market knowledge and give fair and balanced advice. Communication is another strength with the team always providing prompt updates and advice. Maddie is also really helpful going out of her way to assist with arrangements of the many things involved in preparing a house. I would definitely use Ward again.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg, Jen and Maddie to sell my property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. From the very beginning, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. Ward Estate Agents provided a detailed plan to list and market the property, ensuring it stood out in a competitive market. Their advice on pricing and staging was spot-on, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding—they kept me informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about their clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Ward. Thank you for making this a seamless and successful experience!

We were thrilled with our sale result with Jen. She took the time to listen to what we wanted to achieve with our sale. Her knowledge of the local market was exceptional but more importantly, she is a warm and genuine person who it was a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend her as an agent to anyone buying or selling, and we would not hesitate to use her again. Thanks so much Jen!

The team of Jenny, Greg and Maddie was a good team providing a thoughtful service. The only area that we found a bit difficult was when Greg replaced Jenny for the video that the description he provided in the video did not align with the wording in the text on All Homes. Otherwise, we appreciated the service from beginning to end.

We could not speak more highly of the Wards: their efficiency, their expertise and knowledge, their excellent communication, their advertising, and, of course, their fantastic results were more than we ever expected. We did a lot of research before we picked them as our agents, but if there was a next time I wouldn’t bother with the research but simply go straight to them!
