Cool head in a complex transaction
There were issues of uncertainty for both parties during this sale. Ian was patient & understood that my bid for the property was genuine but other matters had to be settled before I could sign a contract with any confidence. In the end, the sale was completed with settlement completed nearly a month ahead of schedule.
