Sale review

Hi Ian Thank you for guiding me through the sale of 26 Woodforde Drive . I chose Wardles because they are in the main St of Wallaroo and appeared to be the local people to deal with. This proved to be the case . You definitely have a wealth of local knowledge, kept me regularly updated and made the process quite stress free . Excellent could not ask it to be any better.

Ian was very accessible via phone, email or at the Office when I wanted to discuss anything. Ian kept me informed whenever there was any interest in the house and followed up with a phone call letting me know what he felt about the interaction between himself and the client. Ian was extremely honest and upfront through the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to sell their property.
