Fantastic result and a fantastic agent
Trent was professional from the outset. His knowledge of the local market was extensive, he understands the market he is operating in as he lives in the area. His team at Warlimont and Nutt were very supportive. He negotiated a great result in a very short period of time. We spoke to a number of agents and very quickly established a comfort level in dealing with Trent owing to his honesty and integrity. We could only recommend Trent and we would have no hesitation in utilising or recommending his services to anyone selling or buying property in the future.

Sam was a very helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable agent.
Sam was very helpful through the process of selling my unit from the time I made the decision to sell to the sale. He has very good customer service skills and a good knowledge of the selling process. He has proven to be very experienced and professional. The sale price was extremely close to the top valuation range and more than met my expectations. Also, the shorter than normal settlement period which I had hoped for was met.

Third time's a charm- Another great experience with Sam
We have sold two houses with Sam in this past year, and have also had the pleasure of buying our forever home through Sam recently. Sam found our property before we did, showing that he had listened to our requirements and specifications, from the number of rooms to the green house outside. Sam has been extremely diligent, helpful with excellent communication skills. He is confident, understanding and very capable and we are grateful for all the hard work he has done on our behalf.
