Sam did great job selling our house
Our private campaign last about 2 1/2 weeks. During this time, Sam met and often exceeded my expectations with his communication and ability to organise/action things that were important to us as. Very helpful and great communication
Sam was very helpful in sourcing properties and in getting back promptly to answer questions about properties I expressed interest in. He provided realistic price valuations and was very obliging arranging inspections. Sam passed me onto another agent handling the property we eventually bought so I can only presume his negotiation skills. Sam was diligent in keeping me informed of market happenings based on our initial discussions of our needs which was very helpful with no pressuring. Thanks Sam.
